3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to availability and ph856's approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000) for standard accounts, subject to adjustment for VIP accounts.

Before processing any withdrawal, ph856 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to: government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days will result in withdrawal cancellation.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to security checks and verification procedures. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Twenty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱20,000) may require additional processing time.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ph856 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with applicable regulations. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits not used for wagering may be subject to processing fees upon withdrawal. ph856 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or suspicious activity.

4.1 Bonus Terms

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph856, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of ph856 services; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by ph856

ph856 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspicious or fraudulent activity; (c) at your request; (d) discontinuation or material modification of the service; or (e) unexpected technical issues.

Upon termination, your right to use ph856 services immediately ceases. Account balances at the time of termination will be returned to you, minus any outstanding obligations or amounts owed to ph856, except in cases of account termination due to Terms violations or fraudulent activity, where balances may be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance according to standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with active bonuses may require bonus forfeiture before closure is processed.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or ph856 services, you agree to first contact ph856 customer support to attempt informal resolution. 13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
